Before you commission me, please read:
Starting from December 2024 into January 2025, I developed a health issue that has been gradually getting worse and effecting my every day life, including my work schedule. I am trying to manage it as best I can, however there are spontaneous flare-ups that leave me unable to work for a time, and some days are worse than others. Due to this, I may not be able to respond to you right away, or my schedule may get pushed around. I deeply apologise for this, and I do my best to keep as on track as I can.However, you may reach out to me at any time if you are concerned or have questions about your commission, and I will answer you ASAP. If for some reason I miss your message, please don't be afraid to send me another nudge.If you'd like to commission me but need a deadline or are curious about the current ETA, feel free to ask me where I'm at and I'll let you know.

Terms of Service
To commission me means you agree to the following information.
- You must be 18 years or older.- You are NOT to remove my watermark or edit the artwork.
If using the image as an avatar, it's okay to add your own background if it's transparent, but do not edit the image itself or intentionally crop out the watermark.- When reuploading my art elsewhere, you provide credit back to me.
Using the image as an avatar on Telegram or Steam, etc, does not require a link, but do not claim the art to be your own.- I will send you sketches of the progress and I will make edits/changes until you are satisfied.- Once the image is completed, I will make no drastic changes, but if something is simple enough I can fix it. Please let me know before I upload the image to social media if it needs editing.- I do not require reference sheets to draw your character.
I will gladly work with a detailed description and/or visual inspirations, but keep in mind it may take a little longer to get the character to look how you want if there is no visual reference.- I retain the rights to all of my art, even if I am drawing your character. What this means is, I will credit you as the creator/owner of the character design, but I, as the artist, have the right to post my artwork to my websites and feature in portfolios, etc.- My turnaround time is usually within 2-5 months, but can be as fast as 3-5 days. It depends on the complexity of your commission and how many other pieces I have in my queue. If my queue is looking big, it may exceed the 5 month mark. If you are unsure whether you would like to commission me due to the timeframe, feel free to contact me and ask my current schedule/estimated time.- Sometimes life can get in the way and things can take longer than estimated, but I will always be transparent with you and you can ask for an update if things have taken longer than you are comfortable with.- Please DO NOT continuously "bump" messages or ask for updates in an overwhelming amount. You have the right to ask me for an update, but daily messages cause stress and unfortunately it does not make me work any faster.- For an additional rush fee I can also prioritise your commission to meet a deadline.- I value my customer's trust and am always eager to work things out and communicate :)
Payment
I only accept PayPal and my prices are in USD $.I will begin your commission once
I have received full payment.I can accept a payment plan depending on the piece and the wait time between payments. Ask me if you're curious!
Refund Policy
- I do not offer refunds once I have started to work on your art. If for some reason I believe I cannot reasonably complete your commission anymore, I will give you a full refund. But other than that, I do not offer refunds. You will receive the artwork you paid for. Please be 100% certain you want to make this purchase before going through with it. If you are in a strained financial situation, do not buy my art. Take care of yourself and your priorities.- If the wait time has taken a while, or I haven't started yet and you want to change your fursona/commission idea, I am happy to oblige within reason. Don't be afraid to ask!- If you receive a finished artwork from me and file a chargeback, I will blacklist you and I will let other artists know about you. It has happened before, unfortunately, and I do this to protect myself and other artists.
Character Design T.O.S
If you have bought a premade adoptable from me (a design that I created), here is the information you need regarding that.You may:- Edit the design as much as you like.- Make the character your fursona, and commission artwork or fursuits of that character.- Sell them as a premade fursuit.You may not:- You may NOT: Claim the design as your own, even if you have edited it. You can make a note saying you applied changes, but please keep credit to me for the original design.- You may NOT: Sell the design for higher than what you paid for if it does not have any additional artwork that would increase the value.- You may NOT: Use a design I've made to promote hateful ideology or views.- You may NOT: Give another person the rights to one of my designs. For example, you may not allow another person or artist to make a NEW design based on my design, with minor edits or creative inspiration, for their own profit. Yes, this has happened before.-If you have questions about anything else, please ask me.
